A credit is consumed when Form Migrator successfully generates an export package for a new form. If you re-export the same form after adjusting settings, it does not consume another credit. If a form cannot generate a package, no credit is spent.
Supported InfoPath formats
Form Migrator supports InfoPath form packages such as .xsn files and SharePoint-backed form templates. The analysis report flags partial and unsupported controls, rules, data connections, and media that may still require builder review.
